Stellar civilization and mastery 2.) dyson spheres, culture orbitals, ring worlds, o'neil cylinders, bernal spheres, global cassus, Stanford torus, terraforming other planets, etc.. and other mega engineering projects common 3.) virtually nothing known to science can kill this civilization level 4.) von Neumann probes in use 5.) colonization of nearest 100 stars

Type 3 - 1.) Galactic civilization and mastery, whole galaxy colonized 2.) controls the entire galaxy, all things can be done, move planets to other solar systems, color suns, destroy planets, create stars, etc.. the whole galaxy is their playground and everything in it is a toy to them 3.) taps and even live in supermassive black holes 4.) master race (everything involving physics, space, and time has been mastered by such a civilization), they can for example travel to any location in the universe regardless of distance in an instant or time travel to any period regardless, etc.. they are masters at space time manipulation
